Hustle Hive was founded by Jonna and Jessa, who each bring more than 20 years of experience behind businesses in the Philippines and for international companies.

Their careers span corporate offices, medical practices, accounting firms and BPO management, and the operations and management of a virtual assistant business. Together they have hired, trained and led remote teams, built the systems that keep them reliable, and seen exactly where single-VA setups break down.

Where are you based?

Our office is in Trece Martires City, Cavite, Philippines. Our VAs work remotely from home offices across the Philippines that meet our internet and power back-up standards.

Will my VA work in my time zone?

Yes. We agree a service window in your local time, such as New York, London, Sydney or Singapore business hours, and match VAs who can work it.

What's the Backup Bee, exactly?

A second VA trained on your account. They keep up with your account notes and step in the same day if your lead VA is out, so work never stops.

How do I pay?

Monthly in advance, in USD, by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer. Your first month is paid when you sign, and matching starts right away.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a simple services agreement with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

How do you keep my data safe?

Every VA signs confidentiality and data-protection terms, logins are shared only through a password manager, and we follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Can I hire my VA directly later?

Yes, through our conversion option: a one-time fee of 3 months of your plan, and they're yours.

  • What we collect: your name, email, company and the details you share when you contact us, book a call or apply to join our team.
  • Why: to reply to you, provide our services, assess job applications and send invoices.
  • Who sees it: only Hustle Hive staff and the VAs assigned to your account, all bound by confidentiality agreements. We never sell your data.
  • How long: for as long as you're a client or applicant, then up to 5 years for legal and tax records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.
  • Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing our Data Protection Officer at privacy@hustlehive.com.ph.
